Using Obsessed AI

Obsessed AI offers AI-generated feedback on outfits. You must be at least 13, meet any higher age requirement where you live, and have a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully.

Your photos and content

You retain ownership of photos you submit. You grant Catterfly LLC and its service providers permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate Obsessed AI and provide the features you request, subject to the privacy policy. Submit only content you have the right to use and appropriate permission to share. Do not upload intimate images, exploitative content, or images intended to harass others.

AI feedback

Outfit ratings are subjective suggestions, not objective measures of a person’s appearance or worth. AI can make mistakes, misidentify clothing, or offer advice that does not fit your taste or circumstances. You decide what to wear. We do not guarantee any particular score, outcome, or improvement.

Free fit checks

Outfit ratings and advice do not require payment. You can request up to 20 analyses in a rolling 24-hour period. Attempts, including unsuccessful analyses, count toward this limit.

Reasonable use and availability

Do not attempt to access another person’s data, overload the service, or use the service to create harmful content. We may apply disclosed usage limits or temporarily restrict access to protect the service. Availability and response times are not guaranteed; features may change with notice where required.

Privacy and account controls

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. We ask for permission before sharing selected photos and preferences with OpenAI. You may delete your account from Profile.

Responsibility and consumer rights

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Apple’s license agreement

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these service terms where applicable.
